The Grant Street Neighborhood Center had a press conference with David Rivera and University of Buffalo’s Department of Library and Information Studies (DLIS) to announce their partnership in bringing a library back to the Center.  People in attendance included: Niagara District councilmember David Rivera, two professors and the department chair from UB DLIS, two representatives from WNY AmeriCorps, and the executive directors from the building’s two major tenants, PUSH and MAP.
